in 2019, we were faced with a choice - to wear leather shoes, contributing to the global exploitation of animals and humans, or wear vegan shoes made from virgin plastic that destroys our environment.

neither of these options were good enough for us, so we started trash planet. we're on a mission to clean up our planet, our oceans, and make the world a cleaner, greener place.

inspired by the freedom of surf and skate culture, we're committed to creating contemporary footwear and apparel made from as many recycled and organic materials as possible as we work towards a fully circular recycling model.
