If you've ordered the wrong size, or even just changed your mind then we are happy to take back or exchange your product for a different size or colour, subject to availability, following these terms:
- Your return or exchange request is submitted to us within 30 days of receiving your original order.
- Your shoes are unworn, undamaged and in a sellable condition. Please make sure there are no marks on the shoes or the soles and that they are in the original packaging we sent them to you in.
Returns and exchanges are free in Europe, including the United Kingdom, and the United States of America.
